· Spent over $1.9m to renovate and revitalize the commercial center of Stratfield Village, the intersection of Stratfield Rd/Rt 59 and Fairfield Woods Rd, including recently installing a new garden along Stratfield Road.
· Donated $500 to both Stratfield Elementary School and North Stratfield Elementary School to fund beautification projects.
· Funded upgrades at Lt. Owen Fish Park, including a new toddler playground, over $10,000 in renovated and updated bathroom facilities, a new trash/dumpster corral, and a new, almost mile-long walking trail through the woods behind Lt. Owen Fish Park.
· Funded two “Welcome to Stratfield Village” signs at the north and south entry points to our neighborhood on Stratfield Rd/ Rt 59
· Announced an initial $10,000 funding to establish an annual SVA College Scholarship, in partnership with The High School Scholarship Foundation of Fairfield, for a college-bound Stratfield student.
· Created the Treevitalize Program that has resulted in 50 new trees being planted in our neighborhood in the first year.
